Attorney Patrick Daley is an associate at Kagan Stern. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics from Clemson University, and his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. While in law school, Patrick was a staff editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy (now known as the Journal of Global Justice and Public Policy) and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Patrick was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 2014.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Paul F. Harris, Jr. on the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association and he practices in the areas of business litigation, employment law, and general civil litigation.
Patrick grew up in Severna Park and currently resides with his wife and daughter in Annapolis.
